These Terms of Service apply to the use of plasticwave.nl and to purchases made from Plastic Wave. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including their dimensions, materials, colours and intended use.
However, the appearance of colours and materials may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting conditions and the characteristics of the material.
Our products may be made from materials such as acrylic. Minor variations in colour, transparency, surface appearance or other material characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping costs or other charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees may be imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

7. 30-Day Returns
Plastic Wave offers a 30-day return period. Unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy, the 30-day period begins on the day you receive your order.
Products returned under this policy must meet the return conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For consumers in the European Union, our 30-day return policy is intended to provide a return period that is more generous than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for most distance purchases.
The statutory right of withdrawal and our additional commercial return policy may be subject to different legal conditions. Nothing in our 30-day return policy limits or replaces mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will process an eligible refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, please contact us at info@plasticwave.nl as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs where reasonably necessary to assess the problem.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care or usage instructions provided.
Some materials, including acrylic, can be sensitive to scratches, unsuitable cleaning products, excessive heat or improper handling.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plastic Wave is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, inappropriate cleaning or maintenance, modification, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
This does not affect your rights where a product was defective or did not conform to the agreement when delivered.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of plasticwave.nl, including product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Plastic Wave and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
