Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Plastic Wave purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging included.

To start a return, contact us at info@plasticwave.nl with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@plasticwave.nl.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Plastic Wave voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days from receipt of your order. This additional return period does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exceptions

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary and its value has consequently decreased, we may be entitled to deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
