We want you to be completely satisfied with your Plastic Wave purchase.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@plasticwave.nl before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Plastic Wave cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund.
